Launches their Day Spa in Los Angeles Fundraising Effort!
October 1, 2004 Los Angeles, CA - Le Petite Retreat day spa today announced their fundraising support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, as their treatments and day spa will be featured on Lifetime's "Speaking of Women's Health", cable TV's number one rated health show supporting healthy lifestyles.
"As one of many upscale day spas in L.A. we have a responsibility to support our community here in Los Angeles," says Lysa Kustek, owner of Le Petite Retreat day spa. "That's why we're donating a percentage of all our spa treatments, spa package and gift certificate sales for the month of October, to help financially support 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month' during the airing of Lifetime's Women's Health program. Proceeds will be distributed to the City Of Hope and Huntington Memorial Hospital's Zahorik Breast Center," Lysa informed.
Hosted by Florence Henderson, "Speaking of Women's Health" chronicles the journey of a woman recovering from breast cancer. Since Los Angeles day spa Le Petite Retreat is known for it's calming environment and holistic treatments, viewers will watch her receive the health spa's epicuren Herbal Enzyme Facial, which will be individually created based on the health of her skin and her beauty regimen.
"We made sure we took gentle care of this courageous woman in our Los Angeles day spa retreat, surrounded by positive energy" says owner Lysa Kustek.
